From the Principal

End of term report.
Good afternoon parents and carers,
We have farewelled the students on the buses this afternoon for the start of the September break. It has been a busy and rewarding end to Term 3, and the energy across the school this week has been wonderful.
A major highlight has been the swimming program, which ran each day and was a great success. Our students showed confidence, persistence, and lots of enthusiasm in the pool, and it was fantastic to see the progress they made across the week. A huge thank you goes to the staff who worked hard behind the scenes to make sure everything ran smoothly—from organising transport, timetables and equipment, to supporting the students directly in the water. Programs like these are only possible thanks to such teamwork and commitment.
Looking ahead, Term 4 is shaping up to be even bigger. Early in the term we have our school concert, with rehearsals already underway and students refining their performances. The concert is always a special event that showcases our students’ creativity, teamwork and confidence, and we can’t wait to share it with you.
Another important date for your calendar is Wednesday 26th November, when we will be celebrating our school’s 50th anniversary. Planning for this milestone event has already begun, and it promises to be a wonderful afternoon of reflection, community and celebration. Please keep this date free—we would love to see as many families as possible join us.
As we wrap up Term 3, I’d like to thank our students, staff and families for your continued support and hard work throughout the term. I trust that everyone enjoys a well-deserved break, with plenty of time to rest and recharge before we come back ready for a busy and exciting Term 4.
