Halfway point of Lent...

This week we hear about Jesus healing the man who was born blind. This miracle enables the man to not only see physically but to also see that Jesus is truly the light of the world. Just as light helps us see where we are going, Jesus helps us see the right way to live. This week our students have been encouraged to reflect on how they can move out of the darkness of being selfish or unkind and instead bring light to others and themselves by showing kindness. 

We pray together

Lord Jesus, Open our eyes to see the beauty in your world. Open our hearts to see the needs of our neighbours. And open our lives to the joy of your love as we walk toward Easter. Amen.
