Principal's Message

Dear parents, students and families,

We have now held our initial Teacher- Parent interviews. These have allowed an opportunity to share some more information about your child and for the teacher to let you know how they have initially settled. We trust they were beneficial.

Last Friday  we held our annual House Cross Country. Many parents and family members chose to attend which I'm sure was appreciated by the students. Well done to all our students in doing their best in what can be a very challenging activity for many.

Looking ahead our Year 3 and 5 students are completing their NAPLAN assessments commencing yesterday, School Photo Day is on Thursday 19th March, some Year 6 students will be attending the St Patrick's Day Celebration at St Patrick's Cathedral on Friday 20th March, our P and F will be hosting our yearly disco on Friday 20th March, our Fire Carriers will be attending the Fire Carriers Commissioning Ceremony on Wednesday 25th March and our Marine Ambassadors will be out with Mr Sullivan on Thursday 26th March.

Please keep in your prayers our students currently attending Mass to support their enrolment for First Reconciliation and First Eucharist. May your Lenten journey be progressing well for each and every one of you.

God Bless and have a great fortnight.

Rod Shaw

Principal
