BOOK WEEK

Well, the weather didn't cooperate but the students still had a blast celebrating and showing off their costumes to one another in an in-house adapted and shortened form of our usual parade on Thursday morning. It was so unfortunate we could not facilitate having visitors to school this year due to the dangerous wet conditions.  

The theme of this year 'book an adventure' certainly lived up to it's promise! Thank you to everyone for the celebration of reading and books which was central to last week's celebrations and thank you for your understanding. 

A massive shout out to Mrs Sullivan for going to extraordinary lengths to ensure every single young person had their photo taken and shared, you are amazing! Thanks must go to the incredible staff who, year in and year out, set such a wonderful example for our students by embracing the day in the spirit of literacy and fun. 

BORROWING DAYS

Of course, the library is open every lunch time and students can return and borrow books at that time.
