It has been a wonderful two weeks in the Yellow-tails classroom. We have engaged in some fantastic, lifelong learning tasks and had many highlights within the classroom.
It was great to see the students dressed up in their Book Week costumes, with a great variety of characters and books represented. We all also enjoyed our 'cuddle-up with a book' time on Friday.
Our class also had the opportunity to attend a special performance of the Colac Secondary College performance of 'Frozen'. It was great to see so many past Alvie students strutting their stuff on the CSC stage.
Finally, a massive well done to all students who displayed our school values to a high degree during the Life Ed sessions on Wednesday. Feedback from staff and the Life Ed facilitators was very positive and the sessions were full of new and important information for the students.
