Hands On Heads Literacy Coaching

Dear Principals,
Happy Term 3!
My brief holidays were a chance to unwind, switch off (for the first time EVER I deleted the GmailApp from my phone!) and reflect (as you'll soon discover).
Over the break, I found myself reflecting (again!) on the things I miss about belonging to a school community.
I rarely miss my old role as a school leader, but there are parts of it I genuinely do miss. Funnily enough, many of the leaders I've been working with have admitted they're feeling the same way.
I miss the good ol' network days of literacy leaders/curriculum heads meeting up once a term to learn but more importantly, to connect.
I miss the varied PL literacy topics that were still aligned to our work, but also taught us how to lead confidently and capably, especially for new leaders to build their leadership capacity and confidence.
I miss the incidental conversations at these PL days- listening to what's working and what's not, what others were struggling with and knowing I wasn't the only one struggling to bring new initiatives on board.
I miss reconnecting with colleagues, catching up and learning more about their wins since we last met, their successes and how far they'd come with their teams.
That's why, in Terms 3 and 4, I'm launching 'Level-Up Literacy Leadership'- a new online, exclusive professional learning experience designed for Middle Leaders leading literacy.
Across x6 live sessions, join 1–4 Middle Leaders from your school alongside leaders with only 10 schools in a collaborative learning community focused on building the clarity, capacity and consistency needed for sustainable literacy improvement- now and to prepare for 2027.
Together, we'll lead literacy improvement, build leadership capacity, bring a coaching approach to leadership, reconnect with like-minded leaders so you can lead confidently and successfully.
