School Fete

Wristband Sales

🎟️ Preschooler's Wrist Band (under 5yo) - $20.00 (unlimited access to Jumping Castle, Petting zoo and Tea Cups Ride from 4pm to 6:30pm)

🎟️ Deluxe Wrist Band available on the night for $40 or individual tickets available for $7.50 each.

Promoting Our Fete

The Fete is a great way to invite new, local families into our school along with raising funds to support our childrens learning. We want to promote the Fete to the Monash community to help our school grow. 

We need to distribute A4 flyers to community notice boards & retail windows along with A5 flyers to Kinders, sporting clubs, waiting rooms etc. If you know of a place where we could post these, please collect these flyers from the office.

A letterbox drop will commence for the streets in our area in the last week of October. We are looking for families to enjoy a stroll around their streets and drop flyers into letter boxes. A map will be used to check off the streets they have been delivered to.  

You will also notice lots of posts on our in Facebook and Instagram pages promoting the fete. Please spend a few minutes a week to like, comment on and share our posts to you friends and any local groups your are a part of. 

Big Wheel Hampers

From the first week of term 4, tubs will be distributed to classrooms for donations of items for the big wheel hampers. There will be 2 tubs per class and the themes are:

Please start collecting items to add to your class’ tubs. 

Pick-A-Jar

A fun activity to do with the kids over the holidays is to make up some Pick-A-Jars. We are now collecting filled jars to be left in the Foyer. Items used can be anything from sweets to small toys or accessories. Another popular option is a $5 note in a jar, as an added bonus the children like to spend it at the fete.

Cake Stall

In first week of November, we will send home containers for families to donate baked goods and treats for the cake stall. We are looking for biscuits, slices, cupcakes or muffins, rather than large cakes so we can package them into smaller, more affordable bundles. Please ensure you list the ingredients and return to the school by Thursday 19th November.

The SAKG Market Stall 

The plant stall is having a re-brand this year and will showcase COHR’s passion for growing and cooking delicious food, straight from the garden. We are looking for families to donate seedlings or tube stock of fruits and vegetables or jars of homemade jams, preserves and sauces. Please speak to Emma Wagner for more details and make sure all ingredients are clearly listed.
