Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden 

This week was our final kitchen class for 2026! As a celebration we had yellow chicken curry cooked by the Juicy Jackfruits. It was served with egg noodles, handmade by the Dirt Devils, and Roti, which is a type of flat bread made by the Perfect Pineapples. For desert the Rotten Radishes cooked apple crumble and we served it with ice cream for a treat!

We would like to thank our ES staff member Jac for supervising a group each week and to Don's Mum Rachel for giving up her time each Kitchen class to support. We cannot run programs like SAKG without the support of our volunteers. Rachel has been attending kitchen classes for many years, dating back to when Don's older sisters participated.
