Welcome Back to Term 2 – PE Update
We’re excited to kick off another action-packed term in Physical Education.
Interschool Sports – Class 5 & 6
Classes 5 and 6 will be participating in interschool sports on Friday afternoons. We’ll begin with tennis during Weeks 2, 3, and 4, followed by hockey in Weeks 6, 7, and 9.
Additionally, students in these classes have the opportunity to represent our school in two major events:
Details for these events have already been shared via email and letter.
Parent Volunteers Needed
To help ensure these events run smoothly and safely, we are seeking parent volunteers for roles such as marshals, recorders, and track guides during the athletics carnival. If you’re available to assist, your support would be greatly appreciated. Please feel free to get in touch with me directly if you can help.
Regional Sport – Congratulations & Info
A huge congratulations to the students who have been selected to compete in regional sports this term—particularly in netball, soccer, and potentially other sports. We’re proud of your achievements and wish you the best of luck with your training and competitions!
If you need more information about regional sports or would like help obtaining an application form for upcoming trials, don’t hesitate to reach out. These forms are typically available through your local club or PE teachers.
Thank you for your continued support, and here’s to a fantastic Term 2!
Warm regards,
Heath Morris
