World Teachers' Day - TOMORROW!

Tomorrow, we celebrate World Teachers' Day, a special opportunity to recognise and thank the incredible teachers who invest so much in the lives of our students each day.

Teaching is far more than a profession. Our teachers encourage, inspire, guide and support students as they grow academically, socially, emotionally and spiritually.

As a Christian community, we are especially grateful for the way our teachers faithfully nurture young people, helping them discover their God-given gifts and encouraging them to develop wisdom, character and a love of learning.

We thank God for the dedication, compassion and servant-hearted commitment of our teaching staff. Their influence extends far beyond the classroom, leaving a lasting impact on the lives of students and families. We invite our community to join us in celebrating and praying for our teachers as we acknowledge the valuable work they do each day.

As we prepare for tomorrow's celebrations, there is still time to contribute! Families are invited to create a piece of bunting (see attachment below) to add to the decorations. You might write a message of thanks to our teachers or have your child draw a picture. Feel free to make as many pieces as you would like.

For those contributing food, please deliver items to the marquee outside the Business Office between 8:15am and 12:00pm.

If your dish requires heating, please include heating instructions, and be sure to label your container with your name if you would like it returned.

Thank you for helping us make our teachers feel valued and appreciated as we celebrate the difference they make in our community.
