Big Freeze

On the 3rd June, Cheltenham Secondary College hosted our annual Big Freeze event. The day saw 11 sliders (including teachers and year 12 students) face a slip and slide with water balloons and silly string. This was a free dress day, and we were able to raise $800 from gold coin donations and participant nominations were donated to Fight MND, a charity providing essential work in researching, advocating, and treatment for those fighting Motor Neurone Disease.

Upcoming

Cheltenham Secondary College will be celebrating events such as NAIDOC Week, International Friendship Day and Wellbeing Week during Terms 3 and 4, to create a joyous and positive atmosphere within our school. By commemorating these events, Chelt.Sec will foster a sense of unity and belonging amongst the students and teachers, helping build stronger relationships.

Furthermore, SRC will also be hosting bake sales on Mondays at the auditorium canteen, where the proceeds will help improve our future events, initiatives and programs at our college. We hosted our first sale on Monday the 30th of June, which was a great success. Thank you for your support! We can’t wait to run more throughout Term 3!
