Communication Reminder

Does your Child require Medication at School?

If a student requires prescribed or non-prescribed medication (Panadol, Nurofen etc) at school, parents/carers must complete a written request. Students must not carry medications unless there is a written agreement between the school and the student’s parents/carers.

Students must not share medications at school. 

When a medical practitioner has prescribed medication that must be administered during the school day, parents/carers must:

• notify the school 
• provide up to date information as required
• supply the medication and any 'consumables' necessary for its administration in a timely way.

If your child requires medication at school, please complete and return the Request for Support at School of a Students Health Condition to the Front Office.
