EMC Leadership Day

On the 3rd of March 2026, all the year six leaders went to EMC for a Leadership Day. We had lots of fun on the day and participated in four mini workshops. The workshops were made up of communication, leadership values, teamwork and change. Throughout the day, we made new friends, were involved in thoughtful discussions, had a delicious lunch order, asked questions during Q&A with EMC leaders and learnt many things about ourselves as leaders. We thoroughly enjoyed learning about other leaders, different jobs and responsibilities in our community. Our main takeaway is the “change project” which we are currently working on. This involves making our school even better than what it already is! Stay tuned for what’s to come!
