PC & EFM - SILENT AUCTION & RAFFLE –  CLOSES AT 10PM TONIGHT– BID TO SUPPORT YOUR SCHOOL 

 

There are more than 40 wonderful items donated from our school and local business community. Our auction, raffle and donation platform is ready to showcase the beautiful products and services donated by some of our French, Francophone and Francophile partners and multicultural community retailers, and hopefully it adds to the end-of-year gifting inspiration!     There are Pilates lessons, beauty treatments and products, chocolate hamper, yoga gear, a suit case, TeamKids vouchers, efm ASA vouchers, a dozen bottles of Burgandy, Yo-chi vouchers, books, cinema tickets, pastries, cakes and a high-tea, a magnum of champagne, café & coffee vouchers…and more!!

END OF YEAR PARTY WRAP UP

 

We hope that everyone is having a wonderful time at the party (and that the rain stayed away). There are so many people to thank who volunteered their time and expertise to make this party happen.  A huge thank you to the following parents (not an exhaustive list): 

  • Marni Baker for coordinating the WHOLE party – we are so lucky to have your talent and time. 
  • Bec Kempster for managing the “ Le Bar”, all of our parents with RSAs who staffed the bar and Stomping Ground for assisting with equipment and drinks
  • Tim Hall for managing the BBQ
  • Dara Or for arranging the “Apparents Band” and all of their musicians 
  • Julia Yuncken & Marine Preset-Thompson for managing Lollyland
  • Martine Inge for shopping for all the supplies 
  • The Ticket Team – Sue Mennie, Marnie Ors, Julia Yuncken and Marni Baker 
  • Oria Ortov for overseeing the Popcorn
  • Anne-Sophie Aguado for arranging the sushi, drinks and snacks 
  • Hoban family for donating and delivering our beef sausages from Gamekeeper Meats
  • Clarel Philbert for making the brochettes 
  • Pascale Fedele from Mailed with Love for making our graphics 
  • Diana Saldanha and the Cylich family for collecting the Zellers and Kosher sausages 
  • HIP who arranged the donuts

 

Also many thanks to the whole team in the office, especially Megan Barclay, for all their support with the party and all of the brave teachers who volunteered for the dunk tank. 

 

The EFM & PC auction team did an amazing job to make it all work at the last minute and as our new team members also learnt the ropes:  Thank you to Karen Hill, Asmine Hammadou, Gus Krapf, Julia Yuncken, Beatriz Pereira and Celia Trevisani.
