2026 Parent Ball

One week left to buy tickets!

There is only one week left to buy tickets for the 2026 Parent Ball!

Who may attend

Current TC parents/guardians, from all Year Levels (4-12).

Ticket types

Tickets are sold directly through the TC Online Store. There are two ticket types available:

  1. 'Table of 10': (charged at $1,850 per table); one table per transaction

  2. 'Single Seat': (charged at $185 per person)

IMPORTANT: There are limited tickets available of both ticket types. All tickets are sold on a first-come-first-served basis. Get in quick to avoid missing out.

Note: If 'Table of 10' tickets sell out, you are welcome to purchase 10x 'Single Seat' tickets in one transaction; unless otherwise advised, these will then be considered one table, and will be seated together.

What happens when a ticket is purchased?

The buyer will make payment only through the Online Store; no event-specific guest data is required at that stage (for 'Table of 10' buyers, this individual will then be considered the 'Table Coordinator'). Once a transaction is confirmed, the College will then communicate directly with the Table Coordinators (for 'Table of 10' tickets) and 'Single Seat' buyers regarding the provision of event-specific guest data (e.g. full names, dietary information, son/s year level/s, etc).

Year 12 Ball - Public Viewing

Save the date

In anticipation of the Year 12 Ball, the TC community is warmly invited to the annual Public Viewing the night before the event! For a gold coin donation, this special preview will give visitors an opportunity to see the amazing transformation of college facilities into iconic landmarks and scenes from the Big Apple, in keeping with this year’s theme of ‘A Night in New York’.

Please Note:

Strictly no photography/videography or social media is permitted during the Public Viewing, in order to maintain the element of surprise for the Year 12 students and their guests.

  • Date: Thursday, 16 April

  • Time: 5.00pm – 8.00pm

  • Venue: Gibney Hall (and surrounds)

Registrations are not required for the Public Viewing event.

All proceeds from the Public Viewing will be donated to charity (details to be confirmed). Cash and card donations both accepted.
