DO YOU HAVE ANY OF THESE ITEMS TO DONATE TO OUR SCHOOL PRODUCTION?

As preparations for our school production are well underway, we are seeking donations of costumes, props and materials. If you have any of the items listed below that you no longer need, we would be very grateful for your support!

Please note: Costume items may be altered to suit the needs of the production and therefore cannot be returned. Please only donate items that you are happy to part with permanently.

All donations should be sent to the PA Room as soon as possible.

Items Needed

• Superhero dress-ups for our Grade 1 students
• Occupation-themed dress-ups (e.g. doctor, nurse, tradie, race car driver, etc.)
• Super Mario Bros. character dress ups for Grade 4
• Dr Seuss character dress ups for Grade 2
• Check or gingham "country-style" shirts for Grade 2 
• Stereotypical grandma and grandpa clothing or accessories with a beach holiday feel (e.g. bright dresses, blouses, button-up shirts, sunhats, wigs- "100 Days of Prep" style) 
• Walking sticks 
• Plastic toddler bikes (any condition, as they will be spray painted)

Materials for Set Building

• Lengths of pine timber (90 × 45 or 70 × 35)
• 3mm MDF sheets (1800 × 900)
• Sets of four castor wheels (any size)
• 2 sections of picket fence
• 2 sections of artificial grass
• 1m length of round concrete form tube

Can You Help Us with Set Pieces?

We are also looking for contacts at high schools or theatre companies that may be able to assist with set hire or donations.

Please dojo me if you have any leads or would like a list of the set pieces required.

Sponsorship: We need your support!

We are seeking generous sponsors to help fund our upcoming school production. Your support helps make live theatre possible for our students and the wider community.

Sponsorship Levels:Bronze | Silver | Gold | Platinum

All sponsors will be recognised in our official production program.

We are also gratefully accepting gift vouchers to help purchase supplies and materials for the production. Donations such as Bunnings vouchers or Visa gift cards are greatly appreciated.

This is also a great opportunity for businesses or individuals looking for an end-of-financial-year deduction who may prefer to contribute through vouchers rather than a sponsorship package.
