We can't wait to celebrate with you and create an unforgettable day for our school community while working together to deliver not one, but two fantastic new playgrounds for our children.

Treasurer Needed – Urgent

We urgently need a Treasurer!  The role is busiest during 6 weeks leading up to the fete and involves making payments and helping manage the fete finances. It would suit someone with bookkeeping, accounting or finance experience.

A full handover will be provided by our current Treasurer. As they will be overseas this year, they won't be available to assist during the lead-up to the fete.

If you can help, please contact the fete committee. Your support will be vital to the success of our fete.

Two New Playgrounds!

Many families are aware of the exciting new playground project currently being funded by the P&F Committee. In addition to this, the Fete Committee has set an ambitious goal of raising $53,229 towards a second brand-new playground, planned for installation before 2027.

Together, these two playground projects will transform our outdoor spaces and provide incredible new opportunities for students to play, learn, connect and grow. This additional playground will create a modern, engaging and inclusive play space that will benefit our children for years to come.

This year's fete is bigger and better than ever, with new and improved rides, amusements and skill testers provided plus an expanded range of food trucks and delicious food options for the whole family to enjoy.

Every ride enjoyed, ticket purchased, meal shared and volunteer hour contributed at this year's fete will help bring this exciting vision to life. See more info below:

Stall Leaders Needed

We are currently seeking expressions of interest for the following stalls:

• BBQs• Devonshire Tea & Cakes• Donuts, Sno Cones & Ice Cream• Lolly Shop & Show Bags• Lob-a-Choc• Arts & Crafts• Social Media, Communications and Treasurer

To achieve our fundraising goal, we need the support of our entire school community. Helpers are essential to the success of the fete, and without enough helpers, this second playground project may not be possible.

Silent Auction Donations

We're seeking donations to help make this year's auction a success!

Jam Makers Needed! 🍓

Our Jam Stall is gearing up for this year's fete, and we need your help!  We're looking for volunteers to:

• Make jam
• Cut and freeze fruit for later use

Recipes, jars and support are all provided so it's easy to get involved. Every jar helps make the Jam Stall a success! 🍯
