National Science Week

During National Science Week (15–23 August), students across the school will take part in hands-on investigations and exciting STEM activities inspired by this year's theme, "Seeds of Science." Throughout the week, students will think like scientists by asking questions, making predictions, testing ideas and sharing their discoveries.

Free Community Events

Families looking to continue the fun at home may like to attend these free local Science Week events in Forest Hill:

  • Nature Journaling – Slow down, observe the natural world and record your discoveries through drawing and writing. Suitable for beginners and experienced creatives alike.

  • Natural Seed Paper Making – Create your own eco-friendly, plantable seed paper using recycled paper and embedded wildflower or herb seeds. All materials are provided.
