Community Report 

What an amazing term of activities within our Learning Communities and as a whole school! It was great seeing students continue their learning and gaining life experiences through these events,

Incursions and Excursions

• Y3 Battle Bots STEM Incursion
• Y4 MCG Excursion
• Y5 Museum Excursion
• Y6 Media Incursion
• Year 5/6 NFL Excursion (including a feature of HHPS students in the Herald Sun!)

Water Safety Program

• Prep water safety incursion
• Year 1 and 2 swimming lessons (x8)
• Year 3, 4 and 5 water safety incursion and in-pool session

Whole School Celebrations

• Donuts with Dad afternoon
• Movie Night- over 400 people joined us for our movie night this year where we watched A Minecraft Movie!
• Footy Colours Day

Prep - Year 2 Fun

In the final week of term, our Prep - Year 2 students had lots of exciting activities starting with their camp day on Thursday, September 17th. This included:

• Preps- breakfast in Stadium from 8am and lots of camp based activities within their learning communities
• Year 1s- disco afternoon, games and BBQ from 3.10 - 5pm
• Year 2s- breakfast in Stadium from 8am, whole day excursion to Superpark, afternoon activities and BBQ from 3.10 - 5pm
