R U OK? Day – Connecting Through Conversation 

On Monday, our school was covered in a sea of yellow as students and staff came dressed in splashes of yellow to acknowledge R U OK? Day.

To further support the day, all students were invited to come together and enjoy a community picnic, bringing along their lunch and spending time connecting with friends and classmates.

This year’s theme, “Ask R U OK? Any Day”, highlights the importance of connection and checking in with the people around us. A lot can happen in a year, a month or even a week, and the people we care about can experience life’s ups and downs every day.

R U OK? Day reminds us that regular, meaningful conversations with the people close to us can make a real difference. Taking the time to ask, “Are you OK?”, listen and show that we care can help support one another and prevent small things from becoming bigger things.

Thank you to all our students, families and staff for helping make the day such a wonderful celebration of connection, kindness and community. 

Friendship Tree Update

Our Friendship Tree is complete!  Our students and staff have added many messages and words of kindness, friendship and connection. Take a look the next time you are walking through the Administration Building.
