Phone Away All Day
To support a positive, safe, and connected school environment, students are expected to follow the College's expectations on mobile phone use.
This involves no phone use at any time between arrival at school and the end of the school day, including before the 8:30 am bell.

To support a positive, safe, and connected school environment, students must follow the College’s expectations for mobile phone use:
Procedure
Phone Away on Entry
As soon as students walk through the College gates in the morning, mobile phones must be placed inside their school bag or locker.
No Phone Use During the School Day
Phones are not to be used at any time between arrival at school and the end of the school day, including before the 8:30 am bell.
Keep Phone Stored
Phones must remain switched off or on silent and kept in lockers for the entire school day.
Junior School students must place their phones in the phone caddy at the front of the classroom.
Stay Engaged
Students are encouraged to connect with peers, prepare for class, participate in cocurricular activities, or seek support from staff instead of using their devices.
Follow Staff Instructions
If a phone is seen or used during the day, staff will issue consequences according to College policy.
Responsible Habits
Students are expected to uphold healthy, respectful, and responsible behaviour around technology use, both at school and at home.
