Our most recent Parent Opinion Survey data shows many of our community are unsure of assessment methods as well as how curriculum is taught at NPS. Thankyou for your feedback, we hope this new page will give you a better idea of how we do things. Welcome to the NPS way. 

The Department of Education has rolled out a new model for learning, labelled theVictorian Teaching and Learning Model 2.0 (VTLM). This model sets out elements of learning (how students learn) and elements of teaching (evidence based teaching strategies and practices). We're currently undergoing PD on this model as a school to ensure our teaching and learning program aligns with the Department. All schools are required to have this fully embedded in their practice by the begining of 2028.
