What is your role at Seymour College?

  • I am the Assistant Principal responsible for the Primary Sector.

What is your favourite sport to watch or play?

  • I enjoy watching Aussie Rules – Go the Bombers! 

What is your favourite holiday destination?

  • I love going to the beach over the Christmas holidays. 

What would you sing at Karaoke night?

  • Firstly, no one wants to hear me sing, but I might be tempted to sing ‘Imagine’ by John Lennon.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

  • The thing I enjoy most about my job is seeing how kind the primary students are and I love giving them stickers when their teachers send them to my office to show me great work they have done.

What is your role at Seymour College?

  • My role is based in the F-2 area as an education support staff. 

What is your favourite sport to watch or play?

  • My favourite sport is NRL, particularly getting together with friends to watch my team games – Go Cowboys! 

What is your favourite holiday destination?

  • My favourite holiday destination is home in Far North Queensland. Visiting the tropical rainforests along with exploring waterfalls, the beautiful beaches and camping spots. 

What would you sing at Karaoke night?

  • Love Song by Sara Bareilles. 

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

  • The most rewarding part of my job is seeing the look on children’s faces when they realise their true potential. Nothing is impossible, and when a child reaches their goals with my assistance, I am truly proud.

What is your role at Seymour College?

  • I am the Assistant Principal of Special Education sector. 

What is your favourite sport to watch or play?

  • My favourite sport is swimming. I also enjoy watching Hurling which is an Irish sport and I attend matches when we are visiting Ireland.  

What is your favourite holiday destination?

  • My husband is Irish and when we go to Ireland we try to add on different countries to visit. 

What would you sing at Karaoke night?

  • I don’t think anyone would want to hear me sing even if it is at karaoke. I would have to say though ‘Ain’t no sunshine’.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

  • Working with an amazing team of staff and students throughout the whole college. Checking in with all the students.

  • Art and Technology Key Learning Area Leader.

What is your favourite sport to watch or play?

  • Equestrian events.

What is your favourite holiday destination?

  • I’m still exploring, but S.E. Asia is good. 

What would you sing at Karaoke night?

  • For your sake, I do not sing!

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

  • The most rewarding part of my job is working with young creatives and helping them explore their artistic potential and the many career pathways it can open. As a specialist teacher at Seymour College, I have the privilege of getting to know students throughout their school years and watching them grow into confident, capable young adults. Seeing that transformation is deeply fulfilling.

  • Disability Inclusion Leader in all Sectors / Year 10 English teacher. 

What is your favourite sport to watch or play?

  • Tennis, Australian Open. 

What is your favourite holiday destination?

  • QLD/anywhere warm.

  • Stronger (What Doesn’t Kill You) – Kelly Clarkson.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

  • Seeing students overcome challenges and build confidence in their abilities.

What is your role at Seymour College?

  • I work in Special Education. My main role is to capture the amazing ways our staff support our students, in order to support our funding applications. 

What is your favourite sport to watch or play?

  • I am very uncoordinated! I’m not super into sport. I follow the Hawks in the AFL. 

What is your favourite holiday destination?

  • Anywhere in Asia, I especially love Vietnam and Seoul. 

What would you sing at Karaoke night?

  • My singing is limited to solo car trips, when its almost anything from the 80s. 

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

  • Spending time with our amazing students.

  • Wellbeing Officer Foundation to Years 4 and Special Education.

  • Triathlon.

  • Anywhere there is a Triathlon.

  • You're so Vain by Carly Simons.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

  • I love seeing those moments when children work through a problem themselves — it’s rewarding to watch their independence and self-belief grow.
