"Check out" some of our new books ..., 'Wedge-tailed Eagle' explores the family life of these birds. The largest raptor in Australia, wedge-tailed eagles are powerful hunters, who mate for life, bringing many new clutches of chicks into the world in their lifetime., Maddie & Clare live in a quiet, palm tree-lined dead end with their dad and pet chicken. It’s a place where not much happens, except for the odd small incident. Like a mass uprising of angry chairs. And the appearance of prehistoric mutant fart gas. And an invasion of killer pineapples. But other than that, things are pretty boring in Dead End., Noodle is an arty twig, and today, she's decorating the 'Big Tree'. But her friends joined in and now the 'Big Tree' is a mess. Can she find a way to make art she loves and share the fun with her friends?, Red is thrilled when he discovers that he can do magic. He's finally found something special he can do by himself. But is he really magic, or is something even more incredible going on?, Knight believes that he lives on the best side of the book, but Viking disagrees. Their solution -- build walls to keep their side safe from the other. But in their quest to build the better wall, will Knight and Viking fail to recognise the immediate danger that could impact both sides of the book?, There's been a mix-up at the Museum -- some of the displays from the Myths and Legends exhibit have snuck into the Natural History wing. We have to sort it out, but how can we tell fact from fiction? Animal from apparition? Megafauna from monster?
