District Cross Country 

Friday, 8 May was the Rowville District Cross Country held at Gilbert Park. Park Ridge’s best long distance runners competed in difficult conditions in 2km and 3km races. I was so proud of the efforts of all of our competitors, not just on the day, but also with their commitment to training in preparation for the day. In the end, Park Ridge finished in 5th place out of 8 schools. Students who finished in the top 12 qualified for Division on Wednesday, 27 May. Congratulations to:

I’d also like to shout out the following Year 5 girls who due to unavailability in the Under 12 girls’ team, ran up an age group! Jasmine B, Hannah R and Lexi T.
