Excursion & Eisteddfod Success.
Our talented 8T students went on an excursion to NECOM to take part in the Armidale Eisteddfod, competing in the Class Ensembles Year 7/8 section.
Students performed with an exciting mix of instruments including piano, djembe, guitar, cello, mandolin, flute, bass guitar, and showcased some amazing lead vocals.
We’re proud to share that Mr Grenyer’s class (8T) tied for first place with PLC Year 8, and Year 7T placed second in a strong and vibrant field.

ASC U16s Girls Team – A Strong Finish!
After their impressive win at the U16s Country Cup in Inverell a few weeks ago, our ASC girls travelled to Tamworth to face off against the top teams from Group 4 (Tamworth region) and Group 21 (Hunter region).
The girls showed incredible perseverance, determination, and courage as they took on two very strong opponents. While we were unlucky not to come away with a win this time, we’re incredibly proud of their efforts and the outstanding teamwork they displayed throughout.
Well done girls — making it this far is an achievement in itself!
