Hello Foundation Families,

Welcome to Term 4 – wow, the year has flown by! 🌞 We’re so excited for another fun and busy term of learning together. A friendly reminder that hats are a must this term as the weather warms up. Let’s stay sun smart while we play and learn outside!

In Reading, students have been making predictions using text clues such as the title and pictures. They’ve been encouraged to verify or change their predictions after reading the text. In Writing, students have been learning how to expand their sentences by adding adjectives, and describing when and where events take place. Check out their awesome writing! ✏️

All students have been brave writers, having a go at independently writing sentences using picture prompts. Well done Preps!
