Planning for 2026

Are you leaving St Agatha's Primary School at the end of 2025?

 

If your child/children (Foundation to Year Five), will not be returning to St Agatha's next year, please advise the school office as soon as possible.  This will help us with planning, as we have waiting lists for some Year Levels.

Enrolments for 2026 are now Open

Applications forms for Foundation 2026 are now available at the school office.   Please note spots for 2026 are filling up fast.

 

We ask Families to complete the attached form for siblings looking to enrol for 2026, 2027 and 2028.

School Fees

 

If your family is on a concession/health card please let the office know, as your fees can be greatly reduced.

 

We encourage all families to set up a direct debit to pay school fees. Direct debit can be set up fortnightly or monthly. 

 

If your family is experiencing financial hardship, please make an appointment at the office to speak to the Principal - Michelle or the Business Manager - Janine.

Medical Plans and Contact Details on PAM

Please ensure that all student's current Medical Plans (Asthma, Analyphaxis etc..) are uploaded onto PAM.

Canteen News

There will be no Canteen or Breakfast Cub on Wednesday 22 October.

 

Canteen will run on Wednesdays and Fridays. To order a lunch order parents are required to use the app CDFpay. Instructions on the  attachment.  

 

Orders are to be submitted via CDFPAY (No Cash) by 9.15am on Wednesdays and Fridays

 

Please consider volunteering in the canteen. Our canteen manager Carolyn would appreciate any assistance on Wednesdays and/or Fridays.

Breakfast Club operates each Wednesday morning 8:30am - 8:50am and is free to any student who would like some toast or a cheese toastie.
