Introducing our Prep Class

We are delighted to welcome our Prep students to St Mary’s Primary School!

Each child received their very own Mary Bear on the first day of school, and these cuddly companions have already become much-loved friends.

Over the past few days, our Prep students have been busy learning school routines, understanding our school expectations and getting to know the other children and adults in our class and across the school. We have enjoyed visiting different classrooms, with a special highlight being meeting our Year 5 Buddies!

Please join us on Friday 6th February at 3.00pm for our Whole School Assembly, where we will officially welcome our Prep students as a school community.

St Mary's Primary School Alumni

We were delighted to recently receive a wonderful update about three of our past students, Aine Curtis, Sarah Vozzo and Mabel Fowler who attended St Mary’s Primary School together before continuing their education at Loreto.

We are incredibly proud to share that Sarah Vozzo received the Dux Subject Award for Italian an outstanding achievement. Mabel Fowler has also been recognised as a finalist in both Top Arts and Top Shots for her photography. Her work will be exhibited at both the National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) and the Australian Museum of Photography in the coming months a remarkable accomplishment.

Adding to their exciting year ahead, Aine and Mabel will be travelling to the United States in May to work as summer camp counsellors.

We congratulate Sarah, Aine and Mabel and we couldn't be prouder of our past students.
