Prep – An exciting start to Term 3!

It has been a busy and exciting start to Term 3 in Prep! We began the term with an excursion to Animal Land at Diggers Rest, where students had the opportunity to milk a cow, ride a pony, cuddle baby animals and enjoy a tractor ride. It was a fantastic day of hands-on learning and lots of fun!

We also celebrated our 100th Day of School with a special dress-up day. The students loved celebrating this important milestone and taking part in “100” themed activities. 

Our most recent excitement has been happening right here in our classrooms! Over the past two weeks, we have been lucky enough to have chickens in Prep. Our prep students watched in amazement as eggs hatched in our incubator and have since been learning how to care for our tiny, fluffy chicks. It has been a wonderful opportunity to observe new life, ask questions and learn about caring for living things.

What an exciting term it has been so far for our Prep students!
