Vocational Major 

Throughout the month of May, Year 12 PDS students are participating in the VMChef Leadership Challenge. Each week, a new student leader takes the reins and leads their team in the planning, ingredients shopping, and cooking of one course. So far, our rotating panel of staff judges have enjoyed Hors D'oeuvres (like Quince Pastry Bites) and Starters (including a standout Minestrone and a very garlicky Cheesy Garlic Bread). After Mains week and Desserts week, the winning team will be crowned, and students will reflect on their successes and takeaways as leaders.
