VET Music Exam

I want to congratulate the Year 12 VET Music students on completing their exam in Traralgon on Friday. All students played with confidence and presented top quality performances. I wish Tayla, Harry, Harriet, Alanah, and Paddy all the best for their remaining exams and best of luck with their results! Well Done!  

Koorooman House Choir Excursion

On Tuesday afternoon, the school choir made their way down to Koorooman Nursing home in Leongatha to put on a small concert for the residents. The girls sang a total of 9 songs. A special shoutout to Jess Lawson, Claire Glasgow, Kaiya Muranty, Clover Cocks, and Chloe McRae for singing solos, and to the rest of the girls for their dedication to this performance. Also, thank you to Ms Winterhalter for organising this and to Meg Doherty for her amazing guitar skills and for helping us prepare for the concert. 

After performing, the girls mingled with the residents while enjoying a lovely afternoon tea provided by the employees. Overall, smashing job girls, you sang brilliantly and should be very proud of yourselves - Written by Elizabeth Hoekstr.a
