VCE Exams Underway

Our VCE students began their exams on Tuesday and will continue through until November 19th. We wish our entire VCE cohort the very best of luck as they work through this vital period — your hard work and dedication will pay off!

Year 11 Exam Period

Key Information

• Details have been shared with parents and students via PAM.
• Exams begin Thursday, November 6th.
• Following exams, Year 11 students will begin Term 0, an opportunity to start their Year 12 subjects early and set themselves up for success in 2026.

Exam Revision Techniques for Success

Deliberate practice is a simple but powerful process for effective revision.

• Review a topic or unit.
• Test yourself — no notes, purely from memory.
• Check your answers to identify knowledge gaps.

The goal is to push yourself beyond your comfort zone. Focus on areas that need improvement rather than only revisiting topics you enjoy. Try using the Pomodoro Technique to stay productive and focused during study sessions.

• Year 11 Vocational Major Structured Workplace Learning: Monday 3rd November-Friday 14th November
• Year 11 Exams: Thursday 6th November- Thursday 14th November
• Student Free Day for Year 11 students: Friday 15th November
• Term Zero: Monday 17th November
