This award goes to Harper for demonstrating the HEART value of Excellence. This term, Harper has grown in confidence as a learner. She is now actively participating in class discussions and challenging herself to independently write unfamiliar words and extend her reading skills.
Harper, you are a fabulous role model for your peers, and we are so lucky to have you as part of Foundation W!
The award goes to Sienna for showing the HEART value of Excellence in Literacy. She always tries her best during Write2Read and has been confidently sharing her ideas about ‘The Lorax’. We are so proud of you, Sienna!
This week’s award goes to Mackenzie for consistently demonstrating the Scoresby Super 10 values, particularly by following teacher instructions and being a kind, caring and helpful friendship ninja! Mackenzie is a terrific role model to others through the way she keeps her work neat and tidy and always gives everything a go, even when tasks are challenging. Well done, Kenzie!
Heath is receiving this award for the hard work and effort he put into designing a veggie patch in Maths. He carefully planned his garden to ensure it had the correct area, calculated the perimeter, and thoughtfully allocated spaces for different vegetables.
Keep up the great work, Heath!
This award is presented to Alice for demonstrating the HEART value of Excellence in Maths this week. Alice challenged herself by designing an irregularly shaped vegetable garden and successfully calculating its area, perimeter, and overall cost. Fantastic effort, Alice! Keep up the excellent work!

This award goes Hayden for his determination and ‘Have a Go’ attitude when practising different athletic events. Hayden also became the teacher when his class practised hurdles, by demonstrating the correct technique of the follow through leg. Awesome work and thank-you Hayden!
This award goes to Jackson for his superb mixed media seahorse. Jackson designed a terrific background using the crayon resist technique and worked creatively when drawing and painting his seahorse. Great work Jackson!
