Our Year 10 Workplace Skills and Hospitality Certificate students recently put their learning into practice, combining their talents to plan and deliver a successful morning tea event for staff: Bakery Lane
From developing a menu and creating promotional materials to marketing the event, preparing the food and presenting it to guests, students took ownership of every stage of the process. This hands-on experience allowed them to build valuable industry skills while working collaboratively as a team. The result? A delicious morning tea and a wonderful showcase of creativity, organisation and professionalism.
