VET Music:

Our VET Music students have been busy with a wide variety of tasks including a visit to the local one-fm radio station, providing sound for assembly and concerts and recording podcasts, sound bits and music demos.

One-fm radio visit: Students got a chance to get on the mic and see the inner workings of our local radio station. While there they recorded some Public Service Announcements that will be played on the air.

Every Day Counts: Students were recorded saying a number of phrases reinforcing the message that every day of education counts. These messages are now playing on the hold music of schools across our region.

Record a Music Demo: Local rock band JBandMe came into GSSC to record some of their tracks, our students had a chance to test out their skills recording individual tracks and overdubbing additional parts like guitar solos and vocal harmonies.
