FOOTT CEO Andrew Yeoland Inspires Year 12 Business Students
Recently, our Year 12 Business students had the privilege of welcoming Andrew Yeoland, CEO of FOOTT, who generously shared his time and insights to support students in their final preparations for end-of-year exams.
Andrew’s presentation offered a valuable glimpse into real-world business leadership, and his key takeaways were both practical and inspiring. He emphasised the importance of:
- Planning – strategic foresight is essential
- Continuous learning – always seek to grow and develop new skills
- Team involvement – “people are everything”
- Data-driven decision making – using data to adapt, evolve, and improve
Students were particularly engaged during the Q&A session, asking thoughtful questions that demonstrated both curiosity and a strong grasp of business concepts, ‘good work Cam Reid’.
FOOTT’s commitment to the community was another standout theme. Through the FOOTT Cares Sponsorship Program, they support not-for-profit groups and community organisations, aiming to improve the quality of life in the areas they serve.
