as we build lasting bridges to future learning.

Amen.

Italian Day is Coming Next Week!

Get ready to immerse yourself in the rich culture and vibrant spirit of Italy! Next week, our school community will come together to celebrate Italian Day; a fantastic highlight on our school calendar dedicated to exploring Italian traditions, language, and heritage.

Learning Italian at our school isn't just about language skills; it establishes a strong foundation for our students as they transition into local secondary schools, where Italian is the primary language offered. Italian Day gives our students a wonderful, hands-on opportunity to see the language come alive outside the classroom.

We have an exciting lineup of events scheduled across the school grounds throughout the day, including:

Live Cultural Performance: A captivating live performance that will bring Italian story, music, and tradition straight to our students.
Delicious Pizza Lunch: A huge thank you to our incredible Parents' Association (PA) for organizing a delicious pizza lunch for everyone to enjoy.
Hands-On Classroom & School Activities: A massive shoutout to Maria for her hard work in planning creative, engaging activities across all grade levels to keep our students learning and laughing all day long.

Please watch out for a separate notice with more details of this wonderful day

Italian Day is a celebration of community, diversity, and the joy of learning a second language. We can't wait to see everyone participate, practice their Italian phrases, and enjoy a day filled with fun and learning!

Regards

Brian Martin
