On Thursday afternoon our Year 3 families gathered to deepen their understanding of Forgiveness and Reconciliation as the students will be making their first Reconciliation in a couple of weeks time. They learnt that the Sacrament of Reconciliation is one of the
Healing sacraments. Through this sacrament, we experience the forgiveness of God and the healing grace of God’s transforming love. It restores and renews our relationship with God, our families, friends and the Christian Community.
The church, staffroom and library were a hive of activity as families delved deeper into the meaning of this sacrament.
We wish the Year 3 students all the very best upon their reception of this Sacrament!
