Grandparents and Special Friends Day

Last Friday, 24 July, we were delighted to welcome our grandparents and special friends to our school community. The day began with classroom visits. It was wonderful to see so many visitors spending time in classrooms, sharing in the learning and creating special memories with our students. Father Tom led a beautiful Mass, providing a wonderful opportunity to give thanks for the special people in our lives and the important role they play in our families and community. We sincerely thank Father Tom for leading this meaningful celebration.  The smiles on the faces of both our students and their special guests reflected the joy of the occasion and the importance of these treasured relationships. A sincere thank you to our Year 5/6 parents for generously organising and serving the delicious morning tea. Your time, effort and support helped make the morning such a warm and welcoming celebration for everyone.

nForma Portal Updates

Please read the important information below regarding one of our main communication platform, nForma.

  1. There is a new nForma Connect APP. Please ensure you have downloaded this APP and delete the old nForma APP you have previously been using. This new APP includes all the updated features.

  2. The new nForma Connect APP can be used to notify the school of daily and/or future absences. This will be the preferred method of notifying the school of your child's absence and will replace using Audiri for notifications.

  • From the Dashboard, select the child you want the absence for.
  • In the student's profile, click 'Mark Attendance'.
  • Enter the details of the absence.

The absence will automatically record on the Classroom Teacher's roll. If you forget to record/notify the school of the absence, you will either be sent an SMS from nForma or an email from Office Admin.

Click on the links below to find out more about the new nForma Connect APP which includes updates to marking your child's absences and accessing your child's reports.
