Parent Payment Arrangements 2025

Dear Parents,

Parent financial contributions for 2025 are now open for payment on Compass. The contributions we request from families directly support the additional resources, specialist programs, and educational initiatives that go beyond the standard curriculum. 

While the Department’s funding covers essential teaching, it is the generosity of our families that enables us to offer a wide array of extracurricular activities, specialised educational resources, and a high-quality learning environment that helps every child reach their potential. Without these contributions Gardenvale would not be able to maintain the high-quality programs such as: STEM, Performing and Visual Arts, additional Technology, Physical Education and Japanese. 

Gardenvale is renowned for these exceptional specialist programs. We are grateful for the ongoing support of our community and acknowledge it is this strong engagement that makes such an enormous difference, whether through volunteering your time, supporting fundraising initiatives or contributing to our rich community spirit.

If you are from a separated family and would like the Parent Contributions for 2025 to be invoiced individually, please send an email to maree.prosser@education.vic.gov.au requesting this. We require an email from both parents. 

This does not include event payments requested throughout the school year. 

Gardenvale Primary School has partnered with KAKA Kids School Supplies for student stationery packs for 2025.  The student stationery packs can be ordered via the KAKA Kids Portal and delivered directly to the classroom prior to students commencing in 2025. 

We will send a Compass message when the portal is open for ordering.
