Welcome

Dear School Community,
While it has been a shorter fortnight, it has also been rich with activity, capturing the spirit of our community, deepened by connection and energised by the relationships that bring all we do into meaning.
A highlight has been our flagship Year 9 Ethical Leadership Program. The second group departed for Narmbool last week, where they have been engaging in thoughtful discussions with Cranlana staff, alongside outdoor experiences such as overnight campouts, cultural sessions with a Wadawurrung woman, and archery. Meanwhile, those students who returned from Narmbool have been exploring Deakin, Monash, and the University of Melbourne, along with the Shrine of Remembrance. This program speaks to the strengthening of partnerships between St Catherine's School and tertiary institutions, to deepen our students' understanding of ethics in the real world.
Across the School, we also celebrate continued success in Sport (we wish our Netball girls the best of luck tonight!) and the energy of our artistic and musical faculties. Junior School parents have flocked to School this afternoon to attend the Music Assembly, which is a wonderful celebration of the Barbreck Music program, following on from the success of the Year 7 and 8 Music Concert on Monday afternoon.
Together, these experiences speak to the importance of a community grounded in connection, where relationships form the foundation of belonging, and where each student is encouraged to grow into a thoughtful and capable young leader.
Thank you for being part of it.
