First Day 2026

Today we were lucky to welcome Carlton Football Club players George, Rob and Frankie to St Anne’s College. They ran a fantastic Q&A session with our Year 3-6 students who were highly engaged and eager to participate.

The students asked some thoughtful questions, including “how do you get ready for a game, who do you play your first game against this year; what did you want to be growing up; what age did you start playing footy and; what is your favourite ice-cream flavour?"

It was a memorable experience and a wonderful opportunity for our students to learn from professional athletes. Thank you to George, Rob and Frankie for inspiring our learners!
