Successful Shared Beliefs and Understanding PD for ECTs
On Tuesday 25th August the ECT Coach Team with the support of the Mission and Learning Team members facilitated a very successful Shared Beliefs and Understanding Professional Development Day for our Early-Career teachers.
The PD was a time to connect, collaborate, and deepen the shared commitment to Catholic education across our system.
The day focused on the System's Non-negotiables and targeted areas specifically to the needs of our ECTs. The day's structure involved whole-group presentations as well as several small-group workshops.
We sincerely thank the MaLT team, in particular the keynote speakers and workshop presenters, sharing your expertise truly made the day a success.
