Grade 3-6: 

Grade 3/4A, Grade 4/5A and Grade 5/6A have had an exciting past couple of weeks at Waverley Meadows Primary School. Grades 3-6's have completed the 2024 swimming program at Swim World Glen Waverley. Grade 3's and 4's performed at the Carols on the Hill, as well as the Grade 5's and Grade 6's. Students have been coming to school in a very festive mood and have been excited to participate in Christmas activities. 

The Grade 5's were able to perform their speeches showing the students and staff about what leadership role they wanted. The whole school also participated in the 2024 State School Transition Day, and this was a huge success. All three classes in the Senior Module are extremely happy with their new class and teacher for the 2025 school year. Students have also been able to participate in the annual Kris Kringle (KK) tradition in each of their classes. 

We thank all the students in the Senior Module this year for always trying their best and for making 2024 such an enjoyable year at school for Mr Elliot, Mr Noordhoff, and Mr Williamson.

2024 Photo Recap:

The year 2024 was a year filled with countless memories and so much laughter in all of the classrooms at Waverley Meadows Primary School. It was amazing to see all students participate and engage in all activities being undertaken both inside and outside of the classroom. Grade 3, Grade 4, Grade 5, and Grade 6 students should be extremely proud of how much they have achieved this year and are reminded to rest up over this December & January School Holidays.

Interschool Sports, Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden (SAKG), RSPCA Excursion, Colour Fun Run, I AM MINDFUL, Science Works Excursion, Maths Talent Quest (MTQ), Cooking, Mini Olympics, Cricket Club, Rubik's Cube Club, Waratah Bay Camp, Swim World Swimming Lessons, Discos, Class Parties, Movies, Carols On The Hill and so much more.

2025 at Waverley Meadows Primary School:

Students and Staff are super excited for 2025 at WMPS and there is so much to look forward to. We hope that both parents and students have a relaxing summer break and feel refreshed for the 2025 school year.
