Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden (SAKG)

WOW! What a year it's been in 2024! Restarting the program in Semester 1with the 3/4s and then the 5/6s in Semester 2 has been very exciting for everyone, both students and teachers alike. Even better in 2025 Years 3-6 will be participating in the program  for the full year. SAKG will be running on two days.

Last week the Year 5s cooked the christmas food for the Christmas Cafe.

This week Year 6s prepared their Graduation dinner and the Year 5s set the tables and helped decorate the room along with some tidying up in the garden. The meal was amazing!

Thank you to the helpers who came along each week to assist in either the kitchen or the garden. You were fantastic and the program can't run without you. 

Lastly, we wish you all a Merry Christmas, enjoy the holiday break and come back refreshed for a busy and exciting time in the kitchen and the garden.
