After nearly two decades of dedicated service to the Chinchilla real estate market, Warren Daniells, current owner of FN Surat Basin Chinchilla, has announced the sale of his business to a dynamic new partnership team. The new owners include respected local professionals Jason Gray, Rob Fraser, Juliann Frame, and Becky Gwin.

Warren Daniells has been a cornerstone of the Chinchilla real estate community since 2004.

‘It has been an incredible journey serving the Chinchilla community,’ says Warren.

‘I am confident that Jason, Rob, Juliann, and Becky will continue to uphold the high standards of service that our clients have come to expect.’

  • Jason Gray is a fourth-generation local and brings over 20 years of sales and customer service experience to the partnership.
  • A valued member of the team since 2011, Becky Gwin started her journey with the agency as a receptionist. Quickly showcasing her organisational skills and eye for detail, she advanced to Office Manager rapidly.
  • Rob Fraser joins the team with a wealth of experience from Fraser Valuers, a company that has been serving the region since 1987. A Registered Certified Practising Valuer and an Associate of the Australian Property Institute, Rob holds a Bachelor of Business (Property Studies) and multiple licenses, including real estate and aviation.
  • Currently a cadet valuer at Fraser Valuers, Juliann Frame is balancing her academic pursuits with hands-on experience in property valuation.

Our new members are eager to build upon the solid foundation established by Warren Daniells. Their combined expertise in sales, valuation, and deep community ties positions FN Surat Basin Chinchilla for continued success.

Please join us in welcoming Jason, Rob, Juliann and Becky to First National and thank you, Warren, for your contribution to the network. We wish you all the best for the future.

Bonnici & Associates PM Team Hits The Ground Running

FN Bonnici & Associates’ (Wodonga, Beechworth, Thurgoona, VIC) property management team has powered into 2025, securing nine leases from Thurgoona to Beechworth in the space of one week – according to team leader, Blair DeFazio.

These results confirm the strength of demand for two and three bedroom units and houses in New South Wales and Victoria, as well as our team’s strategic approach.

Congratulations on your success.

FN Advocate Back ‘On The Tools’

Wayne Nicholson
Wayne Nicholson

Former FN Nicholson (Townsville, QLD) member, National Chair and current First National Advocate, Wayne Nicholson, has been spotted back ‘on the tools’ – installing signboards for FN Cleveland (QLD).

‘My 40 year career has come full circle’ said Wayne, having completed his move south to Brisbane and a well-earned retirement last year. What he least expected was that the house he had purchased would turn out to be next door to the people who install signboards for the network’s number one office – FN Cleveland’s Grant and Wendy Pointer.

Naturally Wayne wasted no time getting acquainted and, having hitched a ride with Grant last week, help install and remove 60 signboards.

Should we open a book on how long it will be before Wayne starts door knocking?

New FN Port Stephens Office Takes Shape

We’re excited to share some pictures of the continuing fit out of FN Port Stephens’ (Salamander Bay, NSW) cavernous new office space, where shopfront signage was just completed yesterday!

Principal Rebecca Dean tells Our Fabric that her daughter, Meg Dean, deserves all the credit for the interior design and fit out, which we’re sure you’ll agree looks very prestigious.

The move, originally motivated by growth in the business and the need for more space, resulted in Rebecca finding this much more suitable space where she has introduced an in-house auction room. There might even be the possibility of running some investor nights for the Zone as well.

Finding Homes for The Whole Family

Red
Red

At FN Broken Hill (NSW), our colleagues have been helping re-home pets in need of new homes lately.

Here’s ‘Red’, a four and a half year old Ragdoll, who was successfully re-homed after his owner sadly passed away.

FN Broken Hill has been sharing orphans with its community in recent months, creating warm public relations and doing good in the process.

Country Music Queen Visits Tamworth

FN Tamworth (NSW) recently enjoyed a surprise visit from Ali Green of FN Gore in New Zealand’s South Island.

Ali was in town because the Tamworth Country Music Festival was in full swing and she was representing Gore’s community as ‘2024 Country Music Queen’.
