CHOIR 2025

We are very excited to announce the commencement of our School Choir for this year. Starting in week 4, this term, Choir will provide an opportunity for people who share the love of music to sing together as a group. Everyone is welcome, with all levels and differences in singing, voices and tones invited to join in.

Sessions will occur weekly on Fridays:

1st Half Recess: Prep - Yr 2 (Junior)

1st Half Lunch: Yr 3 - Yr 6 (Senior)

Location- Performing Arts Room

If you would like to give it a try, please come to the first 2 sessions and see if it’s for you.

We look forward to sharing our Fridays with you to sing, smile and have a great time!

LOOKING FOR COSTUME DONATIONS

Dear Families,

We hope you have had a wonderful start to the term.

For Performing Arts, we have shifted our learning of music to drama, emphasising key elements of acting, including body language, voice, exaggerated movements, characters, scripts, and puppets.

In our hopes to inspire our students to pursue their interests in performing, as well as develop their confidence, we are optimistic to do many character-building activities that require various costumes. Currently our supply of dress ups and costumes are decent, however, they are starting to get damaged and old and would do with a bit of a stock up.

We are asking for any families, who have dress ups at home that are no longer in use, if you would like to donate to our collection. Costumes could include full sets, half sets, wigs, props, dresses, suits, glasses, puppets, wings, tutus etc.

Thank you very kindly and we look forward to exploring drama with our students. All donations are greatly appreciated.
