Adelaide Festival Centre Excursion: Windmill Theatre's 'Moss Piglet': G2, G3 & B2
Earlier this term, our students enjoyed a memorable excursion to the Adelaide Festival Centre, where they watched Windmill Theatre's production of 'Moss Piglet'. The show captivated everyone with its engaging and hilarious storytelling about tardigrades, also known as moss piglets. Students had an absolute blast, laughing, learning and being inspired by this fascinating performance.
School Sport SA Year 4-6 Statewide Schools Netball Competition
Our Year 5/6 girls recently participated in the School Sport SA Year 4-6 Statewide Schools Netball competition. It was a fantastic experience where our team had the opportunity to compete against other schools in a supportive and competitive environment. While we didn’t take home the chocolates this time, we are incredibly proud of the determination, teamwork, and improvement the girls displayed throughout the carnival. Congratulations to all participants on a wonderful effort!
Australia Science and Mathematics School - Class Y6
On 14th May, our Y6 students visited the Australia Science and Mathematics School at the Flinders University to participate in Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) activities with Year 10 & 11 students.
T2D Stem Futures Program
Stem Challenges incursion on 22 May where members of the T2D project visited our school to talk to the children about this project. The students then went on to learn several of the STEM concepts identified with the T2D project.
National Simultaneous Storytime 2026
On Wednesday 27th May, all classes joined in for the National Simultaneous Storytime of "Luna Roo". Luna leaves nothing on the pitch as she steps up to lead FC Outback in a thrilling face-off against Bush United, learning to silence her doubts, believe in her skills and trust her teammates.
