Welcome Back to Term 2!

Dear Families,

Welcome back to Term 2 at Hackham East Primary School! I hope you had a refreshing break and enjoyed some special time with your children. Our dedicated staff are back and ready to do their very best for all students. We care deeply for every child and work hard to ensure they are learning in a supportive and positive environment.

We value open and respectful communication with families. If you would like to discuss your child’s learning or any concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us. You can arrange a meeting, communicate with us via Seesaw, phone, or by leaving a respectful note in your child’s student diary.

A reminder about our school communication channels: our school Facebook page is used to share information relevant to the whole school community. For information and updates that are specific to your child’s year level or class, we use Seesaw. Please make sure you are connected to both platforms to stay up to date.

As we begin the new term, we are continuing our focus on high behaviour expectations across the school. Our key value over the next few weeks is The Golden Rule: Treat others as you would like them to treat you. Students who show this positive behaviour will earn double house points!

A friendly reminder that our staff car park is for staff and education department visitors. We appreciate you parking elsewhere to ensure staff have unrestricted access.

We are looking forward to another creative and curious term of learning. Thank you for your continued support and for partnering with us to make this a successful and enjoyable term for all our students.
